There is a link that will enable you to Meet our Deacons, here you will find a brief reflection of each deacons’ personal Journey to the Diaconate. In addition to the vocational tools, you will find testimonies and reflections submitted by our deacons; this section aptly titled “Not Just on Sunday” will detail the various ministries that the permanent deacons are engaged in outside of the weekend liturgies. This weekly blog will provide a glimpse of how the deacons are living “diakonia” in the local communities. There is a link to “praying the rosary” along with the daily prayer intentions offered by the deacons.You will also find various resources which open up a greater opportunity to learn more about our faith.
The Diocese of Camden is blessed to have seventy-five deacons actively assigned to parishes and another thirty-seven who are retired, many of whom continue to serve in various capacities.
